Shamsha’s practice focus is in the areas of estate and trust planning, estate and trust administration, estate litigation and adult guardianship and trusteeship applications.
Shamsha was raised in Calgary, Alberta. She earned both her Bachelor of Commerce with Distinction (2002) and Bachelor of Laws (2008) from the University of Alberta. Shamsha began her legal career at a national law firm practicing in the areas of estate planning, administration and litigation, after which she joined a national trust company, providing estate planning and administration guidance internally and to external clients. She is also a member of the Society of Estate and Trust Practitioners, the Calgary Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
Outside of work, Shamsha enjoys spending time with her husband, two young daughters and the family dog. When the weather permits, you will find her in the garden.
